Order Processing Time

At Jaypee Retails, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Duration

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

• Local Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Within State: 3–7 business days
• National Delivery: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on product type, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Undelivered / Wrong Address

Jaypee Retails is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Unreachable phone number
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

International Shipping

At present, Jaypee Retails does not offer international shipping. We currently deliver only within India.

Damaged or Open Package

If you receive a tampered, opened, or damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
