Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

At Jaypee Retails, customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued only for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are **not eligible** for cancellation or refund:

  • Items purchased during sale or special offers.
  • Innerwear, accessories, and hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refund Processing Time

After the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Depending on the payment method, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank or wallet.

Return Pickup

If reverse pickup is available in your area, our courier partner will collect the product. Otherwise, you may be required to ship the item back to us manually.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size issues subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
